It's no secret that when Spring and Summer arrive, pastel colours seem to pop up everywhere! So it was inevitable that I would pull out my own supply of pastel coloured pieces and put them to good use on a sunny Spring day. I'm in love with this baby blue knit, it's soft and it went perfectly with my faded boyfriend jeans from Zara. I also loved how it paired with my cream Michael Kors bag, and this amazing statement necklace from Mr.Price:)

3.1 Fill Me In

Tee-Cotton On/Necklace-Mr.Price/Boots-Legit

This outfit consists of two of my favourite things at the moment- this amazing graphic tee and these awesome cut out boots! Both of which caught my eye almost instantly as I walked in the store. I'm obsessed with all things 'cut out' at the moment, so these boots were the perfect piece to satisfy that obsession :) I also adore graphic tee's and sweaters, so of course this tee remains one of my favourite pieces- I can't wait to wear it more and more over the course of summer :)

Leather Sleeved Cardigan

I found this awesome leather sleeved cardigan hidden in the sale rack in Zara. I have to say, I just about jumped for joy when I spotted it amongst the other items, it was as if I had found hidden treasure haha:) I adore the longer back and the lighter material is perfect for spring nights, when the weather is just a little chilly. I paired it with my cut out boots, (which have gotten a lot of use lately) and a simple white blouse. I also wore this beautiful statement necklace from Mr.Price- it definitely 'jazzes' up any outfit! :)

A new path on the horizon?

Hello! I just spent two days in bed with the ICK. With CONTAGION. With PLAGUE!

Ok, it was just a cold but when you're alone and no one is around to wait on you hand and foot it can be overwhelming. I seem to be improving by the hour though.

So I have no outfit posts for Wednesday or Thursday but here's what I wore on Tuesday, September 10.

Necklace: Pretty Chic 
Dress: thrifted, no tags (last worn here)
Tights: Leg Avenue from Fashion Crimes
Shoes: Zara

I saw these shoes on the Atlantic-Pacific blog and thought I had to get them. So I ordered them from the Zara website. After ordering them I realized that I already own two pairs of pointy toed strappy shoes. I guess it's a style I like.

These tights lasted one wearing. What a shame since I love the vertical stripes. Such a bummer.

Besides being sick I've been dealing with a number of personal issues including the filing of my divorce papers. It's been a long, hard year of changes. Here's hoping I'll find my new path soon.

Dotty For Dots

Jumper-Country Road/PJ style Pants-Mr.Price/Loafers-Mr.Price/Ring-Mango/Necklace-Cotton On

I've always loved the trend of matching prints on prints, so inevitably I decided to try it out with this cute polka dot jumper and my equally sweet pyjama style pants (which are SO comfortable). I adore the girly look I ended up with, the larger dots on the jumper seemed to go perfectly with the smaller ones on the pants- and I loved the white blouse peeking through from beneath the jumper!
