I love the subtle pop of neon that these shoes bring to this outfit, and it goes perfectly with the neon collar. I'm also in love with my studded shorts, they're the perfect mix of 'grunge' meets 'girly', and they looked lovely with an oversized blouse tucked in! I finished this look off with my nude Zara bag :)
